Those that are in the enterprise zone California are able to create more options for tax credits by developing in the zone. More important, there is the ability to use the tax credit with expansions and affiliations with the programs that are available. This is to offer further development and to begin to create opportunities to workers that may have not had the opportunities in other given circumstances.
